Retail execution platform for FMCG

Every shelf. Every visit. Every order.
Under control.

InOutlet Excellence gives distributors and merchandising agencies one system to plan store visits, prove execution on the shelf with GPS and photos, capture sales orders in-store, and show brand clients exactly what happened — in real time.

Platform

Everything a field team and its back office need — nothing they don't.

Replace WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and paper order books with a single source of truth from the head office to the shelf.

Visit planning & routes

Schedule visits per merchandiser or sales rep, build optimised routes with ordered stops, and track arrivals and skips with GPS.

Geofenced check-in

Check-in and check-out are validated against each outlet's location and radius, with coordinates stored for the audit trail.

Shelf & planogram audits

SKU availability, price checks, planogram compliance, shelf imaging and dynamic surveys — configurable per brand client.

Field sales orders

Sales reps raise orders during the visit with prices snapshotted from the catalogue. Operations fulfil or cancel from one queue.

Live map & breadcrumbs

See where every field user is right now and replay each day's movement trail after the fact.

Analytics & compliance

Completion rates, compliance scores, KPIs by outlet, brand and rep, financial records and exportable reports.

Client portal

Give each brand client a white-labelled portal with their stores, photos, compliance and alerts — and nothing else.

Messaging & alerts

In-app chat between office and field, plus alerts for missed visits, stock-outs and non-compliance.

Operations console: Orders queue with pending, fulfilled and cancelled tabs

New · Sales orders

From the shelf gap to the delivery van, without a phone call.

A dedicated Sales role captures orders inside the store visit. Operations sees every order the moment it's sent and resolves it with a note that flows straight back to the rep.

  • Orders can only be raised during the rep's own in-progress visit
  • Unit prices and currency snapshotted at order time
  • One-way lifecycle: pending → fulfilled or cancelled, fully audited
  • Reps see only their own orders; supervisors read, managers resolve

How it works

Plan. Execute. Prove.

  1. 01

    Plan

Import outlets, products and brand clients. Build routes and schedule visits with the tasks each client needs.

  2. 02

    Execute

Reps check in with GPS, complete audits and surveys, take shelf photos, raise orders and check out — online or offline.

  3. 03

    Prove

Operations fulfils orders and reviews compliance; brand clients see their stores in the portal; everything is exportable.

One platform, three surfaces

Built for every role in the chain.

Operations console live map showing an active field user

Admins, managers and supervisors run schedules, routes, orders, team, analytics, billing and settings from the web.

Field app check-in screen with GPS validated

Field app

Client portal style dashboard

Client portal

Your brand clients log in to a white-labelled portal scoped to their own stores, products, photos, compliance and reports.

Security & scale

Enterprise posture from day one.

  • Tenant isolation — every table protected by row-level security; tenant scope derived from the authenticated user, never the request.
  • Role-based access — six roles with per-user permission overrides, enforced on every endpoint.
  • Audit trail — entity-level activity log, authentication events and super-admin action logging.
  • Hardened credentials — hashed API keys shown once, HMAC-signed webhooks, rotating refresh tokens, rate-limited public endpoints.
  • Built to grow — paginated APIs, indexed queries and background jobs for exports, renewals and notifications.
  • Row-level security
  • RBAC + overrides
  • Audit logging
  • Signed webhooks
  • Rate limiting
  • Soft delete & retention

FAQ

Questions distributors ask us.

Who is InOutlet Excellence for?

FMCG distributors, merchandising agencies and brand owners who run field teams across supermarkets, hypermarkets and traditional trade in the GCC and wider Middle East.

Does the field app work offline?

Yes. Actions are queued on the device and replayed in order once the rep is back online, with duplicate protection.

How is our data separated from other companies'?

Every company is a separate tenant. Tenant scope is derived from the signed-in user and enforced in the database with row-level security, so one tenant can never read another's rows.

Can our brand clients see their own data?

Yes. Each client gets a white-labelled portal restricted to their own outlets, products, photos, compliance and reports.

How is pricing structured?

Plans are priced per tenant with usage-based limits on users and outlets. Talk to sales for a quote tailored to your team size and markets.

Which languages are supported?

The web console is available in English and Arabic (right-to-left). The field app adds Urdu.
